Data use terms

These terms cover the San Luis Obispo County housing market data on our market data page and the figures built from it elsewhere on SLOHomes.com.

In short

SLOHomes.com's own work

This covers our charts, tables, affordability and payment estimates, calculators, and written analysis. It is © SLOHomes.com, all rights reserved.

You may quote individual figures or short excerpts, for example in news coverage, research or commentary. Credit SLOHomes.com and link to the page you used, and keep the original source's credit too: for example, "Source: Zillow, via SLOHomes.com."

Anything beyond that needs written permission from SLOHomes.com first. That includes republishing our charts or tables, copying the dataset in bulk, redistributing it, and commercial use.

Source data and its terms

The market data combines these public sources. Their terms apply to their data wherever it appears, including on SLOHomes.com.
